I’ve just returned from a week in the north. There was so much light, I couldn’t bear to sleep and miss any moment of the glorious sun. Everything about it was incredible.

To mark the 10^th year of The Love Lettering Project, I collaborated with DreamCatcher Mentoring for a three-city tour of Canada’s North. Supported in part by the Canada Council for the Arts, I invited high school students and teachers to write and create love letters to the places they live and anonymously distribute them throughout their communities. As a long-term DCM mentor, I also shared my experiences as a community engagement artist and writer. So! Much! Fun!
